I began my journey through Computer Science when I realized that it lies at the intersection of my identity. I am a problem-solver with an appreciation for efficiency, improvement, harmony and aesthetics.

My socio-cultural experiences throughout life have shown me that empathy is paramount for evaluating the decisions that we make and how it has the ability to create everlasting impact.

I strive to be a forever-learner, devoted to gaining perspective of the world around me by understanding the intricacies of interconnected systems and letting my curiosities and passions lead the way.

I founded Luy Photography in 2017 after recognizing a lack of representation in grad portrait photography. DocuSign API Integration
  • Evaluated and vetted different API vendors based on different criteria including API functionality, pricing models, security/compliance/legal needs, developer tools and support
  • Served as the primary point of contact for the project both internally and externally with several API vendors

In a beauty collaboration between Kode with Klossy and Esteé Lauder, I participated in unboxing the "Lip Kloss Kit", where for each kit sold, Esteé Lauder donated 100% of the selling price to Kode with Klossy.

COVID-19 Face Masks
COVID-19 Face Mask Project — Donations & Sales. 2020.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, I hand cut and sewed 1000+ face masks. I donated over 30% of the masks to local healthcare and essential workers, and sold the remaining via social media.
